“Had to take one star off for the bottled water that was $5.00. Should have been included with the room”

“Stay was fine, I'm here often. I was a bit upset as I prepaid for stay, when I arrived for check in, I though I was paying the incidental fee, however was charged again for the room in error and the rep was unable to fix it. So here I am waiting for the additional charge to fall off. ”

“Lovely location but starting to show signs of maintenance neglect. Things like stains on the hallway carpet, outside trim needing paint, a broken window in an entry foyer, weeds in the flowerbeds, elevator in operable. I had several reasons to visit the front desk and never left feeling valued. Efficient, but no warmth from the personnel. ”

“The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean and everything sparkled. There was a nice restaurant/bar area as well as a small area you could purchase snacks. Staff was friendly, and there was a shuttle that was very prompt in the morning. I found the entire experience after a frustrating traveling day very accommodating. ”
