“Exterior construction was super loud and constant even on Saturday when they said it wouldn't be going on. The rooms were great and the staff were friendly with the exception of the evening reception staff. They were annoyed by the guests and it showed. If you offer a free evening reception as value added to your guests, it should be done with a smile and hospitality. Not a harsh “NO Salt” when you ask for a margarita with salt. “It was a good hotel. It was quiet during the night. The only things that I was not happy about the hotel was the free breakfast meal for two people. We were four of us, two eat a free breakfast and the other two has to pay for their breakfast. “This was a much needed family vacation trip. The sand harbor resort made it just that a vacation. Hotel staff was nice, a good location from the beach.
