“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. “Family’s first vacation to Mexico May 7-12. Wanted all-inclusive for convenience. The bad: kids could not use the Hot tub even with adult present, windy and cold in the late afternoon. Nothing outside of property. Constant upgrade pitches. Bit far from airport but the expressway was there was pretty fast.
