“Started with being told to park in parking deck closest to lobby although our room was on the other end 18th story. Then, I was told I needed to go another office offsite to get the code to get in. Condo was beautiful and clean. However, staff at the resort were rude and obnoxious. We had to “always “ wear a wrist band and show it anytime we left or entered.
