“Cozy and not too far of a drive to the beach and a close walk to stores and food. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“I communicated with the home owner about the condition of the property several times before the rental date. I was assured the property was ready to go after hurricane. The was not the case. Several issues were noted upon arrival. Dirty house, windows, pool, appliances...etc. After communicating with the home owner and property manager they kept saying, well we just had a hurricane. Not acceptable since I ask if the house was ready a week or more before arrival. Not happy! Stressful waiting for……

“This was a nice place to stay..It was quiet and people were friendly. Specific to our unit, the only things that I feel needed attention was perhaps adding some ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. It seemed like the air conditioner struggled a bit and may need updating. I imagine it would not have been cool enough in the summer. The bathroom should be updated. But everything else at the condo was very nice. ”

“We loved our stay. The flooring and some decor are dated, but it is a very nice condo with a great view, nice balcony, and wonderful location. We would definitely come back. ”

“The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer.”

“Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. ”

“We arrived at the site and there was debri and trash in the parking lot and yard. When we opened the front door and turned on the lights several roaches scattered in front of us. None of the TV's worked. Called to be moved and they would not call us back. Called Expedia and they said per contract we could not cancel.”
