“A set of beach chairs and umbrella should be included in resort fee or reduce those prices by 50%. The daily valet parking requirement is absurd. We never used the car once we got to the resort and could have parked it ourselves. House keeping not consistent.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
