“Everything was great. Great location”

“We were in Tampa for my Nephew’s college graduation. This property was located near to all events and restaurants we went to. Perfect location.”

“The room itself was very clean and easy to access. Everything was within walking distance. (2 bars/restaurants, the pool, hottub, and the beach) The beach is nice but small, however, we liked that it was private and no one else was there but us. The only down side in our opinion is that the pool and hottub are closed after dawn. There is security onsite who enforce this. We were hoping to relax in it at night but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The water way behind the location we saw sea life……

The place is two blocks from Bayshore Boulevard, which is perfect for a run, walk, bike, night stroll, photo ops etc. Highly recommend!”

“This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again……
