“This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff are the true stars here. The rooms were clean and I love the whole vibe of this hotel. I really wish it was Adults Only because we did have issues with kids on a team causing disturbances in the pool but that was quickly handled. The valet are AMAZING and the free driver service was so helpful as all of our plans were within range and saved us on ubers. This hotel even has a free happy hour which was perfect before heading out. Definitely plan to stay……

“It is clean ,and special style,but noisy even it was 11:30pm,people there keeping screaming ,laughing and yelling.we stayed two nights with my two children.not recommended”

“The air conditioner is so noisy. I changed the room 3 times, each of them has problems, hair dryer is broken, one of the bed is sinking, desktop is not working…. So tired to stay with this hotel”

“We were only in town for one evening, however, if we had stayed in Dallas longer, we would have moved in permanently. This place was so amazing. The best example of this came when we needed to check in early because I was headed to a meeting. The front desk accommodated my wife getting into our room and they made sure that everything was perfect for her as I left on my way to work.”
