“Prior to check in I r placed three calls to confirm the reservation never could reach desk person call the hotels.com spoke with three different people stating that I could not reach anyone at the front desk to confirm check in they prompted me to call back later saying that the attendant was doing a security walk through after arriving at hotel found out that the hotels is being renovated this is 12:30 in the morning an inconvenience nightmare...... caledl this morning everyone is passing the……

“Spacious room with kitchen, but need renovation”

“Hotel room is very nice and cleaned. Staff is also very nice and friendly to customers. Only gym room little small. It's worth to stay here for business trip or travel.”

“It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it.”
