“Very cool historic building boutique hotel, nicely renovated with comfortable rooms and a gorgeous throw-back lobby with a bar, coffee bar and comfortable seating. Hosts one of Kansas City’s excellent fine dining restaurants, The Town Company. Parking is not optimal with the best option being valet service, and downtown KC street and plaza construction poses navigation challenges. Still a great downtown hotel option and an easy walk to convention facilities or conferences at e.g., the Marriott. ”

I love the convenience, super cool old Art Deco building right in the Power & Light District with access to tons of dining options. I will always stop when I drive through the few times a year. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!”

“The owner is really nice! My room, bathroom, kitchen, dining and the entire house is very clean! I was a little nervous when I arrived in front of the door but she gave me a warm welcome! Free bottled water in the refrigerator, k-cup coffee and microwave were so useful for me! It’s 5 mins away from the Convention Center by car so that the area was pretty quiet. There’s no shops around the property but other than that, I really enjoyed relaxing!”
