“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Elevators need to be redone very bad looking doors .. overall good hotel with convenience .. some of the staff members at towel area need to be retrained on how to treat guests and also at the Tiki Hut .. they can be very rude ”

“I felt very safe through out the hotel. The hotel and valet staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. Hays’s rooms are clean rooms and the food is fantastic. The only thing i would change is to upgrade is the shower heads. 9.5/10 (dang shower heads ;) We will be returning!”
