“Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios……

“酒店的地點在住宅區，所以很安靜.酒店就在加州大學洛杉磯分校的附近，超市,餐廳,電影院,其他商店都在步行範圍內. 酒店有車可以免費提供在三英里之內的接送服務.不能預定，先到先得. 酒店提供24小時送餐服務.酒店有兩間餐廳.早餐(需付費)味道不錯.晚餐可選擇酒店的牛排館，牛肉非常美味. 自駕者請注意：酒店只提供代客泊車服務，每天收費$50美金.可以不限次數進出.附近也有計時收費的街邊臨時停車位，也有計時收費的大型停車場，但是收費也不便宜.而且相對來說沒有這麼方便. 房間很大，有足夠的空間放行李，對於華人來說，可能欠缺的就是一個煮熱水的壺。我每天帶著我的保溫水壺到樓下餐廳請他們裝滿熱水.他們都很樂意幫忙的.”
