“Great views ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Summit resort and our unit was great. The view was amazing and the heated pool was so warm! The place was quiet and clean and fun for adults and the kids. We would go back !”

“All super well, they should only have chairs or umbrellas so that guests travelling by plane have that comfort. ”

“Beautiful on-the-beach location with gorgeous views. The property was well maintained, clean and offered several amenities on-site (Tiki bar, grill/food/ice cream, store with beach items). Beach loungers with umbrellas were available to rent, as well as jet skies and banana boat rides. The heated pool was large and the hot tubs were hot! They had security on site maintaining a family friendly atmosphere. The elevators were fast, our condo was roomy, comfortable and fully stocked. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. It was a true disappointment to not be able to use bikes at all. I would never stay at a……

“Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until……

“Definitely found our new place to stay! Felt more like a home instead of staying in a hotel. Having a Washer and Dryer in the unit was very convenient and having two separate bathrooms was awesome! Everything felt new and clean. Pool area was nice too! Location was very convenient!”
