“I called and went to the lobby to say that there was no conditioner or toilet paper, but no one brought it to me. I knew there was no parking fee when I made the reservation, but I was charged $15 per day.”

After waiting an extended amount of time and going to find a server, they help a table first that just seated themselves, making you wait longer. In total, am hour spent just waiting or trying to get the attention of the sitting and socializing staff. ”
