“Hotel is fantastic - truly the only problem is the elevator, and it's a huge problem. They only have one bank of 3 or 4 elevators serving 23 floors, and you have to wait up to 10-15 minutes to get an elevator if you're on the lower floors at peak check-in and check-out hours. ”
