“The hotel layout and design were efficient, especially for the conference we attended. But the real reason I gave a 5-star rating was the outstanding service from a few staff members who made my stay truly memorable. A big shout-out to Yolanda at the front desk, who helped me ship out a box with a smile and a great attitude. Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat……

“The property was clean and well staffed. The food at the restraunt was very good. The gym had adequate stations, though the water dispenser inside the gym didnt seem to work. There is a filtered water station juat outside the doors. The lack of a microwave in the room was a bit annoying. Overall, the experience was great.”
