“They were very accommodating for me and my family. We didn’t know any Italian and they understood.”

“Everything is good, but there was a few mosquito in the room and lead in imperfection overall. Surprise for the continual breakfast, the meal is simple but yum, plus the nice environment, perfection! ”

“The location is superb and the room is immaculate. Customer service was excellent, responsive and courteous. I generally enjoyed my stay. On the downside, besides the size of the room (which is very small), the main issue is its location right above a pub that can get very busy and noisy at night. I was on the first floor and this was a bit of an issue on Friday and Saturday, when loud music could be heard into the small hours. ”

“很舊的酒店，當晚入住時房間冷氣是壞的，真叫人受不了，那時威尼斯白天有38度，房間就像是烤箱，而且酒店還一付無可奈何的樣子，根本就是欺負我們東方人，是我老公一直不放棄要飯店處理，隔天下午才派人來，我們放棄了半天的行程在房間等，真是很不好的經驗。所有住過的5星酒店，這是讓我覺得服務最糟的。”

“Clean and spacious. Not sure if someone got confused but someone tried to get into the room early hours in the morning staff were really nice and friendly. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. ”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……
