“The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. “We had an amazing stay at the Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They surprised us with an upgrade, personally delivered our luggage to the room, and shortly after sent up a welcome gift of wine and a cheese plate — such a thoughtful touch! We also joined the hotel’s complimentary two-hour walking tour of historic landmarks, which was a fantastic experience and a great way to start exploring the city. Breakfast each morning……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……
