But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“Perfect place to stay in San Antonio although the valet parking is overpriced. The hotel takes many of the free street parking places for their valet and that is simply unfair or maybe illegal because they don't own the street area. ”

“From phone service, staff on property, restaurants all very friendly and helpful. A staff member was walking past the hallway, sees me with my luggage, comes back to assist me. I was nowhere near him and he came back. That alone shows the incredible employees at The Conrad. As for the amenities top notch, clean and staff around the pool and lagoon are detail oriented.”
