“The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. It was the tone in which she delivered the message, which was a little aggressive. I then asked about car parking, to be told i could add my registration number to the welcome form and payment would……

“Absolutely love this place!!! Lovely location . The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the rooms were very clean and updated. The staff were super friendly Would definitely stay again.”

“Loved this hotel. Everyone could not have been nicer. Service was extraordinary. My wife and I forgot our passports and also cash in the safe. The hotel concierge sent everything via next day service to our hotel in London. We were so nervous about not getting our passports as we had to leave the country in a few days.
