“Awful beds are uncomfortable springs hanging out dipping in, wifi is shocking, states free car parking there is none dont be fooled! No hot water for a shower, more power in a hose pipe. Unclean, awful place to stay. £60 deposit, left small stain on sheet and was charged £20 out of deposit for this when the stain would of come out in the wash! Scammers becare; Avoid all costs. ”

“We arrived to a very warm welcome. Staff are absolutely lovely. Parking if you have a large car, not so easy but we got there in the end.”

“Stayed with my children for two nights. At first we called the customer service for check in details, lady over the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Property was tidy however bins were half full and oven was extremely dirty which resulted in intolerable smell. I won’t book again. ”

“Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.”

“Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom……

“Beautiful apartment very clean and tidy. Close to everything u need to get too also anything u need shops are right near by, we Will definitely be staying there again. Much better than ur typical b&b stay. Highly recommend ”

“room was filthy and had a bad smell and flys flying round, got moved next room was the same had it cleaned again and still filthy, mould on windows and blinds did not eveen shut. kept up all night by noise too”
