“The location was excellent - right in the centre of Lytham, which has a great range of pubs and restaurants. The ‘staffless/key safe’ reception was novel (to us) but it worked absolutely fine. The room was very tidy, clean and comfortable. ”

“Just wow. We stayed in suite 1 of the Prime Suites apartments from 16/05/2025. This property exceeded our expectations. Bedroom very roomy with a comfortable Superking bed. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Lounge area/kitchen are was lovely and well kitted out with everything you will need.large comfy settee to chill out on. The large window looks out at the parking area. Local pubs and restaurants are very close. I would highly recommend The Zen restaurant. Now the negative bit. Parking……

“The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. It was the tone in which she delivered the message, which was a little aggressive.
