“Loved the hotel! Very spacious! Great area! Not too far from the island. The only complaint is the tv kept resetting periodically.”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close. ”

“Personnel are gracious, very patient with lots of children in the resort, and highly knowledgeable about the surrounding tourist sites. Rooms are cozy, with lush holiday decorations that inspire a nostalgic Christmas experience. Breakfast offers abundant choices including custom omelets. So much fun here!”

“Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge - parking was tricky to navigate at first but once we got checked in and parked it was a great stay. ”

“The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. For this reason alone, I would probably pick another property in the future. ……

“I would stay again. Nice lounge areas, nice breakfast area, room was very nice with two TVs, nice leather sofa and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful and coffee anytime. Aldo we had a microwave and refrigerator in our room. Not much of a view due to construction next door. ”
