“El hotel en excelente condiciones, habitaciones comodas y limpias, sin embargo es importante la limpieza diaria, cambio de las toallas y la basura es lo unico negativo. Solicite un cepillo para barrer y limpiar mi habitacion. Nos hospedamos 4 dias y 3 noches y no correspondió nunca el dia de limpieza deben prestar atención en eso. El desayuno bueno. La piscina es pequen̈a para el hotel y la cantidad de habitaciones. Sin embargo nos volveriamos a hospedar alli.”

“Great view of the Gulf of America. Very hospitable. Lots of shops in the area. Never run out of things to do and beaches to visit. ”

“Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. ”

“Property was quiet the first couple day, but the last day was a lot of noise at 2am in the morning. Room did not get clean during my 4 day stay. However, manager was very nice in accommodating. ”

“Room was spacious and modern. The 2 bars were inviting and the bartenders friendly with good advice. The grounds of the hotel were great. Restaurant meal was just okay. On the one hand I liked being near the pier and all the pier shops but, on the other, so much just seemed repetitive of other beach towns. The hotel was great.”

“Researched before booking and even called the property to ask if the pool was heated. I was told it was heated. Upon arrival the pool was not heated at all. In fact, it was ice cold. Disappointing considering we booked this over a couple of other lesser expensive options for the heated pool. ”
