“I like it very much the stuff is very kind”

“The hotel is really nice. All staff, without exception, were fantastic! we had a few very minor issues with things and they were sorted immediately. Reception went to a lot of effort to get us replacement tickets for our train after the our flight to Luxor was canceled. The roof top restaurant is a really nice place to eat, with views of the Great Pyramids, the food was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced. Only down side, the road outside is quite busy so you get some traffic noise in……

“Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate……

“This is by far the best property I have stayed at in Egypt. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful and have made my stay here in Egypt easy. The rooms are clean and the property is very clean. Rooms are exactly as described on Expedia's website. I would like to personally thank Muhammad, Salam, Mahmoud, Mohamed, and Manaa for providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to ensure a smooth stay at the hotel.”

“ピラミッドサイドの部屋は最高で、窓からピラミッドが真正面に見えます。スフィンクス側の入口まで徒歩3分の距離で夜はピラミッドプロジェクションマッピングがレストランからタダで鑑賞出来ました。なんと言っても、オーナーはもちろんスタッフが皆素晴らしく、フレンドリーで優しく直ぐ仲良くなりました。また、エジプトの小さなホテルではアルコールが無いレストランが多いですが、ここにはあり飲兵衛には助かります。”

“Service is excellent, the price is worthy with the view. Facilities and hygiene are satisfactory. Counter would recommend but not hard selling tours to you. The only odor problem is from the streets which is out from their control. ”
