“This hotel is an oasis in the desert! As a solo female foreigner, I felt safe, protected. The staff was always present. I read former reviews about a poor breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of food offerings plus a made to order egg station was especially nice. I have to say the staff spoiled me! “The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. ”

“Temizlik umduğundan iyi idi. Personel de güler yüzlü, ilgili idi. Ancak çatıda siparişler çok geç geliyor, etler çok sert , yine de tatil moduyla iyi idi, Rezervasyonum piramid manzaralı idi. Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. “Very happy with the accommodation. We stayed two nights and received fantastic service. The service was excellent, and one of the receptionists surprised us by speaking Spanish. He was very helpful. We needed a breakfast box one day, and there was no problem. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Recommended for a few days in Cairo or Giza near the pyramids. The best part was the terrace and the views.”
