“Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. “We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. “Really comfortable room in a quiet location. Bathroom quite small but plenty of hot water, fluffy towels & nice toiletries. Not sure the air con worked in room 1 but wasn’t needed anyway. “Very nice new building and nicely appointed rooms in extremely close proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. Great for the price. Only downside was AC not working, so had to ask for a fan (which I got, though wouldn't be ideal in very hot weather), plus I requested a quiet room on a higher floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the lifts! Still would stay again.”

"all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night "
