“This hotel is always great - my preferred one when I go to FD. I noticed the bed linen had stains on it, and there was dust on the bed frame…just some details that were missed. We were in the casita building that was separate from the main building. TBH it wasn’t by choice - the front desk said all Expedia guests stayed there (which is a first for me. “Some of the staff were less than helpful, I felt that the restaurant and bar staff were not well trained, at 4:30 pm they wouldn’t serve us because they were changing their lunch menu to dinner menu at 5:00pm at the bar we were the only guests and our son was not allowed to seat in, the sign posted at the door said no minors after 5:00pm, the room AC was very loud and the pool water chemicals were very harsh on our eyes, great architecture and the decor was very nicely done, the cleaning staff……
