“A great place to stay if you are visiting the McDonald Observatory. It’s quiet, very comfortable and fully furnished. Hosts were supportive and patient. My family fell in love with this place to a level we are likely to come back early next year.”

“Both room and hotel were very clean. My room was a little be noisy due to next to working space and dining area. Except that everything is very good to me.”

“Some of the staff were less than helpful, I felt that the restaurant and bar staff were not well trained, at 4:30 pm they wouldn’t serve us because they were changing their lunch menu to dinner menu at 5:00pm at the bar we were the only guests and our son was not allowed to seat in, the sign posted at the door said no minors after 5:00pm, the room AC was very loud and the pool water chemicals were very harsh on our eyes, great architecture and the decor was very nicely done, the cleaning staff……

“We booked a room at the Maverick Inn, sister property to the Holland Hotel. Checking in at the Holland, they upgraded us to the rooftop suite at the Holland for no upcharge because the A/C at the Maverick Inn room was broken. We will definitely stay with them again! ”
