“Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Meerblick und tollen Räumlichkeiten. Große Speisenauswahl und ganztägige Versorgung. Tolle Kinderbetreuung und teils sehr sehenswerte Shows. Gute Betten. Leider ein paar Wermutstropfen: 1. Insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten, muss man viel Zeit für das Fahrstuhlfahren investieren. Gerade wenn man sein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Kindern hat. Das Leben des Hotels spielt sich im. 8. und 9. Stock ab. 2. Der Strand ist hotelseitig für die meisten wohl nur mit dem Hotelbus zu……

“Muy buenas instalaciones, pero sin aparcamientos, condiciona el poder moverte libremente, Mala comunicación desde el personal de Recepción, muy apática, rozando lo antipático. Se nos comunica el último día que tenemos que abandonar del complejo a las 12:00, sin poder disfrutar más tiempo en ellas, en otros hoteles hemos hecho el check out, Y pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones hasta el cierre de éstas. En general todo muy limpio, pero el trato muy robotico, poco empatico. ”

“Rooms were spacious with a huge terrace with your own sun loungers. Beautiful view of the bay below. Beds were very comfy. Food and drink options were standard for all inclusive hotel. Entertainment was a bit dull. It is at the top of a very steep hill and there was no shuttle bus to the beach. ”

“Very good hotel - friendly staff and excellent standards of cleanliness. Modern decor and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Good access to the beach down some steps (about 150 haha) which were also a good daily workout to counteract the extra holiday calories! They also offer a daily special cocktail at 5.50 euros which was always excellent and such a good price! They have a notice up re not reserving sunbeds however during our stay the same faces reserved the same beds every day, even before……
