I hate coming to Orlando, but this location is far enough away from the madness but still close for easy access to most Orlando attractions. The hotel is in a quiet area, no traffic noise, with restaurants close by. Latricia was extremely friendly, checking me in very quickly and the next day extended my reservation, keeping me in the same room, which was very much appreciated. On the original check out date,……

“The only suggestion I have is a bell or something at front desk for check in. No one was there and another guest and I debated what to do. Finally he put his head in through a partially opened door for “Staff Only” and requested loudly for some help. The response was immediate and the check-in proceeded quickly and efficiently with an apology.”
