“Great location in downtown Pittsburgh! The hotel staff is EXCELLENT - especially RYAN! We arrived early (Noon) knowing that check in was at 4pm. Ryan was so helpful and checked our luggage so we could start our tour bus fun! Around 1:30 pm, I received a text message from Ryan that our room was ready and he had our luggage delivered to our room so it was available upon our return from our ventures! He was so helpful and polite! Great customer service! Thank you!”
