“so I booked our room in May and had got emails confirming our reservations and the day comes for vacation and we pull up to the hotel and there was one car in parking lot and a man inside so the kids and I walk in the door and there place was hollow and I look at the man and say we had rooms booked here he said he was sorry but the building was under construction and here are my children and I stuck 4 1/2 hours away with no place to stay no emails letting us know what was going on or anything!!……
