“This hotel is situated in a bougie little area that seems to be referred to as Ballantyne. As many times as I have driven up to and stayed in Charlotte, I never knew about it and it is quite nice! The hotel itself is very clean and modern and is tucked away from a main road that has easy access to I-485. Everything around here feels nice and new and there are plenty of nice dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, always saying hello in the halls and making sure everything was……

“I booked a room for a night to visit my nephew. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. When I checked in, my tv wasn’t working in my room. I called the front desk and someone came to fix it within five minutes. Apparently, the previous guest unplugged it.”
