“Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. ”

“Biu Biu is a excellent resort with stunning sea horizon view and the open bath (required prior reservation) with sunset view is great. There is also a small private beach with nice wave. Restaurent for breakfast and dinner are lovely. We will definitely come back again in Bali. ”

“房間裝修設備都不錯，可是水壺很髒，被子跟床單更髒，勉強睡了一晚，第二天要求更換，晚上7點回去還沒有換，追問負責人，本來說已經換了，後來又說床單拿去洗了，8點送回來給我們換，酒店很安靜，露台景色很好，可以有些事情沒有交代清楚，像出門坐Buggy的安排，什麼的都要WhatsApp練習職員才可以，就是如果什麼都列清楚了會更好。”

“Very comfortable stay at the villa resort for 1 night. The facilities were excellent, the only downside is the food didn't match as the food was adequate, but not in keeping with the luxurious facilities.”

“Villa was not quite at night, music to loud outside shower water temperature was unstable. misquito everywhere. food tastes no good and lack of variety. Door bell rings 3 times a day, annoying.”

“We had the delux room for 3 nights. The room looks different from the internet photos we doubted that was the delux room. It’s near the road side,very noisy I can hear dog barking,motorcycling, people outside talking and their working noise(the hammer hitting ). I had very bad sleep during the stay even I am tired after sight seeing for whole day. The most unacceptable is the rain permeate in from the ceiling and drop into bed......me and my girlfriend have to squeeze into other side of bed. We……

“Wunderschöne große Villa mit schönem Pool. Betreuung während des Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es tagsüber eine Baustelle nebenan. In der Umgebung nur wenige Geschäfte. Strand eher nur für erfahrene Surfer geeignet. Aber trotzdem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ”

“Cute little villa, spent a night here. Great Value for money for the space and facilities. A small pool surrounded by trees to chill. Staff are friendly and kind. One note: they only serve breakfast, no lunch or dinner, and it’s in the inner area, u need to order grab for food or go out. This is not a problem for me since I’m doing a very short stay and spent my time outside. ”
