“Could use some updating! One of our two rooms was very smelly but they checked and agreed and gave a different room. Barely any shower pressure in shower.”

“The location of this hotel is perfect. The views of the lake and the access to the pier and the beach can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub looked wonderful, but we didn’t actually use them this time. Our room was very comfy. The bed was perfect. We would definitely stay again.”

“Our stay was cut short by one night due to the severe storms that came in a day before and knocked power/water out for 36 hours. Colin was great at communicating with me and keeping us up to date so we were able to salvage one night and still celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary in the town of Ephraim! Already looking to book our next stay!”

“House was as advertised and was very clean and sunshiny bright. There were a couple of issues regard the entry lock and A/C but the owner replied to our concerns promptly and had the issues resolved in a timely manner. ”

“The Cher suite was wonderful, my wife and I stayed here for my birthday, and the suite was spacious and fit our needs wonderfully. The location was great, short walk to many of the things Sturgeon Bay had to offer. The room was decorated very nicely, and felt quite homey. The shower was a big as it appears in the pictures, only downside was I expected more than one of the shower functions to work at once. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were lacking. Overall it was a phenomenal stay. ”
