“The property was nice. The lobby was excellent loved all the different types of animal mounts. Costumer service was polite and helpful. Rooms are easy to find and parking it great. ”

“Great resort although it is a bit tired. The bed was super comfy and the room a good size but the bathroom is dated. The clubhouse and restaurant is modern and well presented although during a torrential rainstorm the balcony roof leaked like a sieve. Staff were friendly enough although rule followers with no flexibility on how customer should work over their process. I would stay again. Pretty good value for money. The Chicken Fried Chicken dish in the restaurant is the best.”

“Nuestro primera noche de hospedaje hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado, lo resolvieron ese mismo día, nos reubicaron en otro de sus hoteles, con la opción de regresar a siguiente día, al que fue nuestra primera opción, la atención 10/10 el resto de nuestro hospedaje, seguridad en el parking, y tranquilidad dentro del hotel, habitaciones completamente amplias y limpias 100% recomendado ”

“We stayed for 2 nights for while going to Seaworld. The unit was great with lots of room and a full kitchen. The bathroom was huge and worked well for a family of four. We enjoyed the lazy river the most. We also lucked out that an animal rescue group came to the kids club while we were there and got to see their sloth and other rescue animals. The only down side was parking availability. We had to park a distance from our unit on Saturday.”
