“Convenient location close to Ravenna cruise port. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast to be included, but weren’t able to locate the restaurant, so lost the money paid in advance.”

“清潔で調度の配置も行き届いており快適でした。ホテルの方々も親切です。S.Vitale等、最も重要なモニュメント群や街一番のショッピング通りからも近く、大変ストラテジックな立地です。その割に静かです。モニュメントは冬時間帯の設定で早めに閉館していましたが（だいたい〜17:00）、ホテルの近くに市場mercatoとスーパーがあり、お惣菜、チーズやハム、ワインまで何でも揃うので、バルコニーでのアペリティフもゆったり過ごせました。寒さが和らいでからは、断然、バルコニー付きのお部屋がオススメです！”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“The location is great - walking distance from train station and close to restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel is charming and rooms have character. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was included- bit of odd system- day of arrival we were asked to give time and fill out form on what we wanted which seemed to apply to both days. Then in morning when you arrived there was a table with your room number and desk clerks served you coffee and cooked the eggs. Apparently there is……
