“We really enjoyed our overnight stay at West Lodge. We had a tranquil garden room so there was no outside noise at all. We also enjoyed being one of two couples in the dining room. Upon ringing the bell the owner arrived promptly and took our orders for cooked breakfast. It soon arrived and was of excellent quality. We will definitely book again if we are in the locality.”

From the thoughtful details to luxurious surroundings loved the self controlled heated towel rail in the bathroom and the gorgeous free fluffy dressing gown to wear everywhere and stylish tote and matching flip flops! Food scrumptious too which was added surprise! ”

“Easy to get to and with good links to the various parts of Bedfordshire, it was an ideal property for my stay given it's proximity to the location I needed to visit the following morning. The room had all that I needed for my stay including complimentary shower gels, water, tea & coffee offerings and the breakfast menu was varied enough that I had a good choice to choose from.”

“Die Lage ist einzigartig mit der riesigen Parkanlage. Ein richtig tolles altenglisches Herrenhaus. Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht. Einziges Manko ist das Schwimmbad, welches erheblich renovierungsbedürftig ist. Eigentlich würde ich es schließen, weil dieses überhaupt nicht dem Anwesen gerecht wird. Duschen verschimmelt, von den Decken löst sich die Verkleidung. Das Wasser war trüb. Ganz lieblos und runtergekommen. Das superschöne Anwesen hat diesen Pool sicher nicht verdient. Wir haben……
