“Small, cozy, had everything we needed. Very quiet with lovely grounds. Hostess lived on the property and was quick to answer questions and remedy a minor issue that came up. Modern bathroom and fully stocked kitchen made this tiny cottage feel like home”

“This is a perfect place for a large family to have space and enjoy each other’s company. It’s near enough to easily visit Southwest Harbor, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, etc., yet off the beaten path. It is such a quaint cottage and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to visit again!”

“We loved our stay! We were there 3 nights and had a great time. Kitchen is huge and has everything you need. Place was very clean, parking in front of your cottage. There are 3 of them at the end of this private road and i would say, Seaside is the newest one built. Only thing I can say is it is about 25 minutes from Acadia National Park and pretty much everything we did was in that location. I think i liked the fact we werent in the craziness of the town. We would definitely stay again!!!……

“We had a lovely stay at the Gray Barn Carriage House. It was so quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was large and comfy, and there were plenty of reading nooks and sofas to relax on after a day on the hiking trails. We miss it already.”
