“We had such a nice time! It was a pre season (for the area) trip for work but everything was great! Cabins clean with every amenity we could have asked for! Comfy bed, good shower! All in a great stay! Very nice owner!”

“Perfect! The property is well laid out inside and outside. Check in was so easy. The cabin was spotless, decorated for style and function, and makes you feel comfortable being away. Truly a luxurious stay. Loved all the little touches, like the lotions, bathrobes, and cotton tips/pads. Great linens and towels. The outside space is peaceful, great grill, hot tube and fire pit we used them all with ease. We loved the location, was close enough to access all the hikes we wanted and surrounding……

“This home was really nice. Very clean, updated bathrooms and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Secluded and quiet, but just a short drive to trails and shopping. Host was very responsive. She even dropped off a pair of binoculars for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“We returned to driftwood cottage after falling in love with the property two years ago, and this time we had one more child and one more dog than our last visit! Once again, this incredible property did not disappoint. Our kids loved the bunk beds, the swing set, and the children’s books, and my wife and I appreciated the laundry machines, the spacious deck, and the quiet setting. Our hosts were, as always, prompt and helpful when we needed assistance. They even shared some clutch suggestions……

“I truly wish I could have stayed longer. It is a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings at sunrise. We toured Acadia, Bar Harbor, Southwest, and Northeast Harbors. FYI not much was open the last week in October. The house is spotless and well-appointed. The owner provides quality linens, towels, cookware, grill, and grilling tools. Bring your own Shampoo though. The twin room has a TV which we did not use. The King room does not, but it really didn't matter. We watched TV in the living……
