“We recently had the opportunity to stay here. We arrived to 7 bags of garbage on the front porch and a house that was not ready when expected. The manager was not responsive and this is very unfortunate for the owners. After we were able to enter the house we tried to open the door to exit and the entire door handle fell off. The next day the manager reached out to let us know someone would be there to fix the door, did not address the concern of the garbage or other problems reported such as……

“This was our very first VRBO booking and I'd say it set the bar! Great communication from host to whole time - pre/during/after stay. Spacious with 3 bathrooms so our extended family had no waiting to use bathroom! Clean, great view of lake, peaceful neighborhood. ”

“QR code not given to gain entry into the development, had to pull over with five other vehicles to the side of the road and wait until someone responds to the text, no one answered the phone number to the managing company (after traveling and needing to have access to the bathroom). The sliding glass door lock was broken and had to be repaired the next day delaying our departure to venture out in the city, I was questioned why it wasn't reported on the first day. “The home was exactly what we wanted. Had a little problem with a visitor and their parking in the driveway. The resort security never gave us the paper about the parking til after the problem. The car was towed away....within minutes of them parking...which was costly. Aparking.”

“It was great. Wish there was more accommodations like wash clothes for showering and more than just one hand towel in the kitchen with no wash clothes. Also all the chairs but one were broke by the pool area. Pool was great and loved the location to the community pool ”
