“This house is great. The property is excellent. The indoor pool was a hit. Check-in was very easy. Quiet neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. One minor item is you cannot change the temperature in the house. It is set to 77. Too warm on a hot day. But once things cooled down the breeze through the house is great with the windows open. I would absolutely rent again. ”

“Joy is a pleasure to have as a host, this property is located on her family’s homestead, plenty of windows but also plenty of curtains for privacy. WiFi reception was great, there was an extender in the bungalow. You have your own parking space which is in a driveway away from the main road which felt very safe. There are trees on the property causing it to feel secluded from the road and private. The steps to the waterfront were on the other side of the lawn/property and provided for a private……

“This is a great place to stay when visiting Acadia NP and Mount Desert Island. We stayed with our four children (ages ranging from 14 to 23) and had plenty of space. The back yard and hot tub were greatly appreciated after hiking days. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, but we also took advantage of local restaurants. Wonderful vacation spot! Also, the hosts were quick to respond to questions.”

“This house was exactly as described. Great location close to the quieter trails in Acadia but only 30 minutes to Bar Harbor. The drive is beautiful and it never felt long because there were cute towns to stop at along the way. 15 minutes to the grocery store and 10 minutes to the gas station. The owners are super responsive getting back to us in minutes with any questions we had. Kids loved the fire pit and hot tub. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again if we are back in……
