“We had a fantastic time at this property. The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The open layout made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The owners were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!”

“What a wonderful little gem! The space is petite but incredibly well designed, with all the comforts you might need, including a surprisingly good little washer/dryer. The studio was immaculate with every inch used thoughtfully a from a functional perspective, but also an eye for beauty. There were large windows around half the cabin that let lots of air and light in and made it feel like “glamping” in the trees because of its location on the larger property. Only wish we could have stayed……

“Cedarledge is a perfectly appointed cabin with a stunning location. We used it as a base to explore the “quietside” of the island as well as Bar Harbor and Acadia. Jay and Kathleen are lovely hosts. The property is incredibly quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed several great meals at the Seafood Ketch in Bass Harbor and loved Quietside Snacks in Bernard (try the Butter Bird!) and highly recommend the Island Harbor Cruise to see seals and birds (out of Bass Harbor). Two easy, nearby trails are Ship……

“Everything about this property was fantastic. Completely as advertised, clear communication, everything was clean and functional and the pictures do not do the vantage point justice. The views across Duck cove are majestic. The south end of the island is much quieter so if you're looking for a tourist trap, this is not it. There are, however, plenty of places to stock up on provisions within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend.”
