“We really enjoyed our stay at the Legacy Rose and Crown. The hotel staff at the front desk were really pleasant and helpful. Dinner was delicious with a lovely view of the river at sunset. Breakfast was quite good, with both hot and cold options, however the coffee could have been hotter. The location is a short, pretty walk from Salisbury Cathedral. ”

“This is a wonderful thatched roof hotel, so old and quaint. Beds were super comfortable, room clean if a bit dated. The pub was wonderful, food was great. Highly recommend for authentic english experience.”

“Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! ”

Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The host's are so friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. We had a delicious breakfast included in the price. The location is ideal for exploring salisbury and the beautiful cathedral and only a short drive away is Stonehenge. We would definitely recommend a room in the garden as a pefect place to stay. ”
