“Couldn’t enjoy the amenities because it was overrun by kids. Even the lobby had some kind of kids party. Our room wasn’t ready at our check in time Otherwise the room was great. ”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”
