“這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。”

“Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.”

“I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and clean. “This was a very cute bed and breakfast and the host was beyond helpful. I really can't say enough good things about him! We unfortunately were not able to have breakfast as they don't start serving until 9 and we needed to be on our way for the day by 9 :) The room was clean, although the bathroom could have been cleaner. “Great 2 night stay, slight issue with Expedia which Tony sorted out for us swiftly, great service and a fantastic room, luxurious pillows and bedding/mattress so slept so well and didn’t hear any outside noise.
