“This place was great! We were having trouble getting in and our host immediately responded to our call and walked us through the process. Once inside, we found a spotless apartment with super comfortable beds. Showers were great, as was the washer/dryer for our clothes. Having a FREE parking space was really nice, too. The place was really close to all of the main attractions of York, as well. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to see. ”

“Spacious with excellent kitchen facilities and extremely close to attractions and amenities. Clean apartment but some more attention to cleaning the shower base recommended. Communication and access instructions are comprehensive, easy to follow and stress free. Parking was provided (& appreciated) and was only 2-3 minute walk away. The parking space was very tight and a bit of an obstacle course. Not really suitable for a medium sized car. Definitely not suitable for a large car or……

“Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. ”
