“So here’s the thing. A lot of mistakes were made. They over booked and had to move us somewhere else. They lied about why they overbooked (first person told me it was mechanical difficulties). They forgot we were by the pool when the room was ready. They charged us the resort fee but didn’t authorize our room keys so when we tried to use those amenities it wouldn’t let us. They charged us for the room twice because they have a new billing system. It took over a week to fix everything. But in the……

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice and the pool was very nice. For dinner service at the restaurant, there was mainly one person working, so it was a bit slow but the server was working very hard and pleasant. The food was good. Overall it was really a pleasant stay!”
