“It was all lovely ”

“Although the room was compact it was very clean with lots of nice touches. Good value. The bed could do with a mattress topper. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional. Tasty, plentiful and nicely presented. Easy parking. Lots of country walks on the doorstep ”

“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“Blood stained on the bed sheets! When I requested to change the bed sheets, the staff told me that its their policy to change every 3 days!!”

“There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. ”
