“So far so good. Just a very basic hotel. Very close to the expo and station.”

“Stayed for a night to go to a concert at the O2. Cracking location! Only took 14 mins door to door. We had a twin room. The room was spacious and the beds bigger than a standard single. Lovely bathroom and amenities with the added bonus of really good fresh cookies! The little shop was crazy expensive (£6.99 for Doritos/biscuits) but overall a fab hotel! ”

“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice……
